Out-of-hours, IT, and Minimal Disruption
Out-of-hours is the default – we’d rather move you on a Friday evening with a full team than wedge a move into your working day with half of one. Typical slots: Friday from 5pm, full weekends, bank holidays, and phased moves across multiple evenings for offices too big for one weekend.
The IT brief varies. Some clients want us to handle everything from disconnect to reconnect; others have their own IT team, in which case we move the kit in pre-labelled crates and hand off cleanly. Server-rack moves are scoped case by case at the site survey.
Minimal disruption is mostly coordination: we liaise with building managers and security at both ends, book lifts and loading bays, sort parking permits, and sequence the move so the parts of the business that need to keep running can.

Can you do out-of-hours?
Yes – most of our office moves run that way: Friday evenings, full weekends, bank holidays. Up to around 50 desks usually fits inside a single weekend; larger jobs phase.
How do you handle IT and servers?
Cables labelled before disconnection, kit and screens wrapped properly, server hardware crated and loaded separately. Reconnection at the new end is a separate brief – most clients have us reconnect the basics and bring their own IT in for the rest.
How far in advance do I need to book an office removal?
For a standard Surrey office move (up to around 50 desks, single weekend), four to six weeks gives us time to survey both addresses, confirm the floor plan, and secure your weekend slot.
