How our storage works
Every booking starts with a free survey, at home or by video, so we can see what you’re storing and for how long. You then get a clear monthly rate, with any collection charges shown separately.
You can bring what you’re storing to us, or we can collect it – as a standalone collection or as part of a move, which is how most of our storage customers arrive. Everything is wrapped and tracked as it goes in, and insured while it’s with us.
When you need something back, call the office and we’ll arrange access by appointment – a few items out, everything collected, or a swap where some come out and others go in. Tell us what you’ll need and we’ll plan for it.

The most useful thing we offer is moving you straight into storage on the day you complete – no need to complete at both ends on the same day. We load at the old address, your belongings go into secure storage, and they stay there, insured, until the new place is ready.
Access matters too: we’ll ask how often you expect to need to get to your things and whether weekends come into it, and plan around that from the start. If you need something out unexpectedly – a document, a bike, the winter coats – call us and we’ll find a time.

Sizes, security and access
Sizes: We size storage to what you’re storing. Studio flats, family houses, business archives, larger jobs split across containers. The size and price are confirmed in a fixed, written quote after a free survey, at home or by video.
Security: Your possessions are stored in secure containers at our facility in Horley and insured while in our care – and you’re welcome to see the set-up before you book.
Access: By appointment – regular visits or everything back at the end, whichever fits. If your needs change part-way through, call the office and we’ll adjust.

What size storage do you offer?
There’s no fixed unit size – send photos or a short video and we’ll work out what you need, from a few boxes to a full house, or a business archive split across more than one container.
How is the storage secured?
Secure containers, insured for the whole time they’re with us – and you’re welcome to come and see it before you book.
Do I have to commit to a minimum length of stay?
Storage is usually billed monthly. Any minimum term, and what happens if you extend, is agreed at quote.
Can I access my possessions while they're with you?
Yes – by appointment. Call the office, tell us what you need out (or in), and we’ll arrange a time.
Are my possessions insured while stored?
Yes – cover applies while they’re in our care. High-value items such as art or antiques may need additional cover; we’ll flag that at the assessment.
Can I move directly into storage?
Yes – we load on completion day and hold everything until the new place is ready.
What does storage cost, roughly?
It depends mainly on how much you’re storing and for how long, and whether we collect or you bring it to us. We start with a free survey, at home or by video. After the survey you get a fixed monthly rate in writing.
