Every end-of-tenancy clean is booked alongside the move where possible, so the cleaning team arrives as the removal vehicle leaves. We bring the kit, the materials, and a spec built to what landlords and inventory clerks expect, working room by room.
The kitchen is where most cleans live or die: ovens come apart for a proper degrease, extractors are filtered, hobs descaled, the fridge emptied and wiped through if it’s staying, and cupboards done inside and out. Bathrooms get the limescale-and-mould treatment – taps, shower heads, glass, tiles, grout and the toilet, base and cistern included.
Bedrooms and living rooms get skirting, switches, doors and interior windows, with floors vacuumed or mopped as appropriate – and we finish with a walkthrough, photographic record on request, in case anything’s queried after handover.

- Kitchen: Ovens (inside, racks, doors, glass). Extractor fan and filter. Hob and surrounds. Sink and taps (descaled). Cupboards inside and out. Worktops. Skirting. Floor.
- Bathrooms: Limescale on taps, shower heads, glass. Mould treatment in grout. Toilet (including base and cistern). Tiles. Mirror. Floor.
- Living rooms and bedrooms: Skirting, switches, sockets. Windows interior. Doors and door frames. Wardrobes inside and out (if staying). Floor (vacuum or mop as appropriate).
- Hallway and stairs: Skirting, banister, doors. Floor.
- Windows: Interior glass and frames, sills.
- Carpets: Vacuum throughout. Carpet cleaning is an add-on (chemical clean), confirmed at quote.
- Walls: Marks and scuffs spot-cleaned where landlord-spec asks. Full wall cleaning is an add-on.
- Final walkthrough: Photographic record on request, before handover.

What's included in an end-of-tenancy clean?
The full spec – every room, every corner: kitchen including ovens and extractors, bathrooms including limescale, floors, interior windows, skirting. Anything specific your landlord wants, tell us and we’ll add it.
How long does a clean take?
Typical timings: 1-bed flat 2–3 hours, 2-bed 3–4 hours, 3-bed 4–6 hours, 4-bed 6–8 hours. Confirmed at quote. Larger jobs may run with two crews to fit in a single day.
Can I book the clean alongside the move?
Yes – that’s the point. One quote, one team, one phone number, with cleaning starting as the removal vehicle leaves. Most of our cleaning customers come to us this way.
Can I book the cleaning without a move?
It’s primarily a service we run alongside a move, but standalone bookings are possible on request – just say “cleaning only” and we’ll quote it the same way.
What does an end-of-tenancy clean cost?
It depends on the property size and scope: the standard spec, or extras like carpets and full walls. We do a free survey first, at home or by video. Then you get a fixed, written quote with the spec spelled out so you can see what’s included.
